We know that it is useful to see the quantity you have previously ordered of a particular product, what the cost was and when you ordered. You can see your ordering history by logging in to your account.
If you work for a Local Authority then you can just order on the site using the ‘Cheque Payment’ payment option and we will invoice for payment. Local Authorities can submit a purchase order number in the space provided at checkout.
Price Breaks and Minimum Orders
Look carefully at price breaks. There is no minimum order but it may be worthwhile ordering more to reach the next price break.
Postage and Packaging
The final price you pay includes postage and packaging of your order. We like to recycle as much as possible and so your order might arrive in a box that has been used before. We hope you agree with us in helping the environment wherever possible.
Speed of Delivery
Your delivery will be sent out the same day in most cases, when the order is received before 1.00pm, and will usually be delivered next day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the following day. If you need a guaranteed next day delivery then call us and we can tell you the additional fee for this service.

When you place an order with celebrantsupplies.co.uk, your payment will be processed through Sagepay checkout, which uses the highest level of encryption to ensure your details are kept safe. We do not keep credit card details or other sensitive information.

There are a number of instances when we may be unable to accept an order; in all cases an email will be sent informing you of the reason:
- On the rare occasion where items may not be available.
- Where we cannot obtain a full authorisation for your payment.
- If there has been a pricing or product description error.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and all major debit cards. We do not accept American Express. You can also pay by cheque, however the goods cannot be despatched until the cheque has cleared, which takes 10 working days. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Civil Ceremonies Ltd’ and sent with your order to the address above.
All our prices are subject to VAT (where applicable) at the current rates, which will be shown separately.
Delivery Charges in the UK
Most of our orders are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday if ordered before 1.00pm) by Royal Mail First Class post. Orders weighing over 2kg will be despatched via Federal Express for delivery within 48 hours. Orders made after 1.00pm or at weekends/bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
If you would like a UK guaranteed next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) then call us on 01480 276080 and we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. Please be aware this service is only available for a Monday to Friday delivery and we must receive the order before 1.00pm.
We welcome overseas orders, but unfortunately we are only able to ship orders placed online up to a maximum weight of 2kg. If your order is above this limit, the checkout will not calculate your postage costs. In this case, please call us on +44 (0)1480 276080 (9-5 Monday to Friday) so that we can calculate the best possible delivery price for you. In this instance we will take your order by phone, so please have your order details ready.
